Sympathy is a Serum Cover by TopplingDominoes
Sympathy is a Serum Cover
Its been awhile. I've invested all my time into finding a full time graphic design job. Now that I found one I can get back to making personal work! This is a Cover for my web-comic Sympathy is a Serum. I hand lettered the word sympathy and redid it in illustrator. Please tell me what you think.

Dreaming In Knots by TopplingDominoes
Dreaming In Knots
I finally colored another drawing of my girl with knotted hair series. Eventually there will be more! I recorded cleaning the scan and coloring this and will time lapse it for a promotion video I'm making for myself. I'll add the link once I put it on youtube.

Welcome! I'm doing ok. Been making backgrounds for my comic digitally its faster but still takes a long time to make. Perspective stuff is just crazy complicated but I want the atmosphere of the comic to be very clear.

Hmm there may be something to help with that, but I would need to know what program you use to make your comics. I remember seeing a program that gave great perspective guidelines, but I cant remember which program it was. It was either Krita or Mischief, or perhaps even GIMP, but I'm not sure...

I'm using Sketch Book Pro 7. It has the perspective tool which is awesome. The things I'm drawing are just very detailed and complicated. Also the rules of perspective still apply so sometimes I need to look up how to accomplish what I'm trying to draw. I draw the line art in Sketch Book then I pull it in to Photoshop to color and ad textures.

I've never herd of those programs but I'll look them up! I'm Always interested in the abilities of new programs. :)
